How it works.
Simply book your grooming service online or by calling during our opening hours. A half day (5 1/2 hours) of daycare is included free with every groom. An additional fee of $20 per dog applies if your dog stays for a full day. As we cannot guarantee availability for walk-in appointments, we highly recommend booking grooming services in advance.

Frequently asked questions.
Can you groom my dog to breed standards?
Yes, although we find most of our owners just want their dog to look “cute”!
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. You can either request a booking date online, and we will confirm, or give us a ring, and we can book it for you!
Do I need to bring anything to the grooming session?
You are welcome to bring in any special shampoo or conditioner you use for your dog; however, we also provide sensitive, medicated, hypoallergenic, and sulphate-free shampoos and conditioners.
Can I watch while you groom my dog?
Short answer—No. We can take videos of your dog being bathed and groomed; however, it is not in the best interests of the dog for the owner to be present, particularly those who are nervous or excitable. We do not condone the dog being stressed in any way by looking at its owner whilst being groomed.
What certification and training do your dog groomers have?
We are incredibly fortunate to have our head groomer working with us. She has over 15 years of experience in grooming, both here and in Taiwan. She participated in the Royal Adelaide Show Dog Grooming Competitions held in 2023, beating interstate and local competitors. She was awarded the “Rising Star” award in all categories.
My dog is anxious during grooming. Can you help?
Yes. For any dog that is anxious from prior grooming experiences or nervous by nature, we always work with the dog to ensure the experience with us is pleasant. We take our time washing and drying, and if the dog hates their head being dried, we just let them dry naturally. All drying is done 1:1. We will never put any dog in any cage with several dryers blasting over them to dry them. We use variable speed driers and cater for each dog individually.
Do you use cages and/or holding pens?
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
What products do you use for grooming?
We use both cordless and corded hand clippers, grooming combs, various scissors, combs, slicker brushes, etc. All shampoos and conditioners used are either hypoallergenic and sulphate-free for dogs with skin issues or dog-friendly and manufactured in Australia.
