Our staff will look after and care for your dog

Our staff will look after and care for your dog from 7am to 6.15pm either on a casual basis or fixed day and time basis. Full time equates to just over 11 hours and half days run for 5 ½ hours. Our half days are not based on “before 12pm or after 12pm”. For example, you can drop off your dog at 11am and pick them up before 4.30pm. All we ask is you have confirmed your dog’s booking and paid for it. That way we will definitely know to expect them.

We need to advise from the outset we are fairly strict on the 5 ½ hr timeframes. We cannot cater for dogs whose owners are running late and therefore take the availability of another dog’s timeframe. All dogs who run over the 5 ½ hr timeframe will be charged for a full day and then you’re safe in the knowledge you have more hours to do what you need to do without worrying about who’s picking up the dog and when. Although we close at 6.15pm, there is a grace period of 15mins which allows for those vital 15mins we all need sometimes.
